Youth Performance Academy exists to provide foundational training for young athletes. YPA aims to teach young athletes proper running form and functional movement so that they can run faster, jump higher, and gain strength in a safe, effective way. YPA will become a mainstay in the community for affordable, top-notch training and education for young athletes. Our core values stand upon developing athletes in a fun, educational, and competitive environment.
Speed Development: learning how to run properly and move faster.
