Remix

The Remix takes into account the latest in Journal studies from the top universities to enhance metabolic strength and reduce body fat percentage. At the beginning of each month The Remix starts with a challenging workout that progresses in difficulty each week. Using weekly progression, the body is forced to respond to the increased stimulus. The Remix is a fantastic supplement to strength training, The Staple and Yoga.

Warm-up:
2x
jog 200yds, or row 100 meters on the rowing machine
10 knee hugs per leg
10 straight leg sit-ups
5 lunges per leg
10 band pull aparts

5 minutes, as many rounds as possible:
6 Kettlebell swings
6 Ball slams

Rest 2 minutes

5 minutes, as many rounds as possible:
6 Dumbell thrusters
6 burpees

Rest 2 minutes

5 minutes, as many rounds as possible:
6 per leg bicep curl w/ back lunge
6 per side renegade rows

Rest 2 minutes:

30 seconds on – Max Effort Box push
30 seconds off:
30 seconds on: Max effort rope slams
30 seconds off:
Repeat 3x

Rest 2 minutes:

10 – weighted V-ups
20 per leg, mountain climbers
10 per side side plank pull through
